Meet Dina

Dina Horvath is the Founder and Lead Investigator at Maxe Law and the Founder of the Workplace Investigation Training Academy.

Before launching her businesses, Dina served as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Hartford and practiced at Jackson Lewis LLP, where she advised employers on a wide range of employment law and workplace compliance issues.

She later led a regional investigations team at Amazon Logistics, managing 13 investigators across the U.S. East Region and overseeing complex employee relations and misconduct matters.

With more than 17 years of experience, Dina has led hundreds of workplace investigations across a wide range of industries. Through the Workplace Investigation Training Academy (WITA), she now helps organizations and professionals build the skills needed to conduct fair, thorough, and defensible investigations.

Dina holds a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She holds multiple credentials in employment investigations, including certifications from AWI and MCAD, and was featured in Top 50 Attorneys of 2019 magazine.
